Event/Calendar Form
Please complete all applicable sections at least three weeks prior to your requested date. Once submitted, you'll receive confirmation of your event's approval status within 3-5 business days. For urgent requests or questions, please contact the Parish Office directly at support@stedward.org.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our ministry happens every week and has for a long time. Will you hold our place even if we don't submit a request?
No. If we do not get a form, you do not have a reservation.
The only events we keep on the calendar are those jointly managed by St. Edward and the ministry, such as funeral meals, Fraternus, and Fidelis. However, even if you are a leader of one of these ministries, you should still submit forms to confirm your event and space.
We have a standing meeting. Do I need to submit a request for every single meeting?
No! You only need to submit one form that describes your standing meeting, for example "the first Tuesday of each month," or the specific dates and times.
I already submitted calendar requests for 2025-26. Do I still need to fill out this form?
Yes! For every event you have, you must submit a form. If you do not submit a form, you do not have a reservation.
We needed to cancel something last minute. Do I need to submit the cancellation form?
It is always good practice to submit the cancellation form whenever you know you will need to cancel. If the event is within 48 hours, it is also acceptable to email us instead.
If I request a space, will I definitely get it?
No. As we all know, the St. Edward campus is a bustling place. We will do our best to make sure everyone gets the space they need, but that may not be the space you request.
I have a dedicated room here at St. Edward. Do I still need to reserve the space?
YES! If you do not submit a form, you do not have a reservation. That includes use of "dedicated spaces." We need to know you are on campus!
Can my space get moved?
While we will do our best to honor everyone's spaces and events, it is possible that something will arise and we will need to move you. We will let you know as soon as possible.
